A number without context is just a number
P/E of 18 means nothing on its own. Decision intelligence is about the why behind the figure.
A stock trades at a P/E of 18. Cheap? Expensive? You cannot answer that from the number alone. Cheap relative to its own history, its sector, its growth rate? Or expensive because earnings are about to roll over? The figure is inert without context.
This is where most retail tools stop — they hand you the data and walk away. Decision intelligence does the harder part: it places the number inside the story that gives it meaning. The cause behind the move. The base rate. The thing the headline left out.
We’d rather show you one well-framed figure than a dashboard of forty you have to interpret yourself.
